On September 7, 2025, AISSLab highlighted its leadership in AI for medical imaging by presenting five original research articles at the 9th International Artificial Intelligence and Data Processing Symposium (IDAP 2025)—a premier conference linking experts in Türkiye, Korea, and beyond.
The 9th edition of IDAP, held online in 2025, was co-hosted from Türkiye (Malatya) and the Republic of Korea (Seoul), further cementing its role as a bridge between East and West in the AI research community. The conference welcomed contributions from a diverse range of countries, promoting vibrant interaction between academia and industry.
Adding to the lab’s recognition, Professor Mugahed A. Al-antari was invited to serve as a chair of the session, leading discussions and fostering international collaboration across artificial intelligence and data science.
Our lab’s impactful presentations included:
“SR-MKG: Self-Refining Medical Knowledge Graph via LLM-based Topological Confidence Scoring for Radiological Reports of Lumbar Spinal Stenosis”
“SpineAutoCAD: Multimodal CAD System for Lumbar Spine MRI Analysis and Structured Report Generation”
“A Hybrid AI Framework for Lumbar Spine Anatomical Landmark Measurement Extraction from MRI Axial and Sagittal Scans”
